Now, who doesn’t love a smoothie? Easy to make. Great ingredients, as healthy and tasty as you can find. Sweet or savory. No cooking! Therefore, really easy clean-up! Duh!

Given that this is a blog about health and fitness, Keto smoothie recipes are very appropriate. But the beauty of most of these 40 Keto Smoothie Recipes is that they can be used for almost any kind of diet. For example, either as is or with a simple substitution, milk for cream, for example, or coconut oil for dairy. Even vegan, people!

DIRECTIONS FOR EVERY SMOOTHIE – PRETTY SIMPLE!

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie in a glass and serve.

NOTE ON THE INGREDIENTS

Each recipe is structured for one serving. However, it should be easy to halve or double or triple the ingredients. Of course, this will depend on how many smoothies you want to make for yourself and/or others.

Some of the recipes call for ice cubes, but many don’t. However, feel free to experiment with ice. I happen to absolutely adore the icy cold, thick texture ice cubes create when blended with smoothie ingredients. Makes me think of frappes from my New England upbringing. Mmmmm! Yum!
