You’ve probably noticed that I’ve slowed down writing posts lately. Not that I was ever fast, doncha know! But I’ve been swamped with life – oh, joy – and have had to back off a bit.
However, my goal is to give you good quality, actionable information, so I figured I could at least do this for you. It doesn’t take anywhere near the time researching and writing a good post does. (That’s my confession!) But it does still give you something very useful, or so I hope.
Full disclosure moment here. I have been on and off a keto-type regime for about 4 years and have lost 60 pounds, intentionally slowly. I have 40 to go and am changing to a vegetarian something, e.g. ovo-lactarian. I eventually want to go vegan once I’ve lost all the weight, if not sooner.
I have been on and off diets for many of my 73 years on the planet and find that keto has worked best for me. But that doesn’t mean it would work for you. I think you have to sort out for yourselves which diet to use.
Before the end-of-the-month holidays, I’ll also do something like this on workout routines. Then back to normal, hopefully, after the New Year.
By the way, let me know in the Comments if there’s a diet or diets I haven’t included that you’d like resource links to. I’ll amend this post to include it/them and will let you know when its done.
