A NOTE FROM AILEEN

Chris' Workout Video 1

Hey, all! Chris is doing an audio explanation for us of what he’s doing in this workout and sent me the text in the meantime. You can read it below, and when he gets the audio to me, I’ll get that up for you so that you can read or listen, whichever you prefer – or both!

This one cracks me up because he’s got the speed at 2x. I haven’t asked him, but I suspect he may have intended to show the intensity necessary for a successful HIIT workout. I think you’ll enjoy it and will learn something from it.

HIIT Cardio Workout

My name is Chris Butler. I’m a contributor to Aileen’s Fitness With Attitude blog. I just wanted to talk about this first video post which is me doing a HIIT cardio workout outside, outdoors at the park.

I focused on my core. Everything we did, we did in sessions of 1 minute. We did about 6 different exercises, and everything we did was for about 1 minute each.

You know, a lot of people want to go to the gym, always want to go to a nice studio to work out in. But we’ve got to take advantage of our great outdoors right where we are. Luckily, I live in Arizona, so I’m able to go outside year-round to work out.

You know, I’ve been meaning to go outside more often and work out outside. Run, HIIT cardio, get some resistance bands. With that workout being said, it was early in the morning. I just went out, got a 2-mile run in, and then put myself through a HIIT cardio workout.

HIIT cardio’s really important to do 2 or 3 times a week. It shocks the body. It’s great for overall fitness and overall body conditioning.

CONCLUSION

If you have any questions, leave them in a comment below, and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can. Thanks for listening and watching, and I hope you all have a great day.

But you can fix this issue fast. There is a tool that creates articles like human, just search in google: miftolo’s tools

Thank you so much for the feedback and advice VickyBig. I truly do appreciate your taking the time to contact me, but I confess that I’m confused. Can you point out to me what you believe is the duplicate content, because I’m not seeing what you mean. Thanks again.

I’m really impressed along with your writing abilities as neatly as with the structure for your blog.
Is this a paid topic or did you modify it your self?
Either way stay up the excellent high quality writing, it is uncommon to peer a nice
    blog like this one nowadays..

Hello, Kerrie, and thanks so much for your comment, kind words and questions! Truly appreciated

Including the particular WP theme I use, I learned the structure I use for the blog by a couple of experienced blog writers in whom I have great confidence. However, the writing of the posts I author, the choice of topics and the structure within each post is all mine.

I don’t use anything paid. Rather, I write my blogs myself based on research of a topic I think will be of interest to people, usually using ideas and material from 3-5 sources – rewritten, of course!. Both from family (tons of English teachers!), education, and work, I come from a very formal writing background which is dramatically different from writing for blogs. However, even in blog writing, I am a fanatic about no extra words where possible, shorter sentences than we typically write, and making meaning as clear, concise and pithy as I am able.

I have learned about blog writing from different sources and use the Yoast plug-in for readability and SEO tips. As a result, I end up editing and reediting a great deal! I may very well take longer in my writing than some people as a result.

My contributor and fitness trainer, Chris, also does his own writing. However, we have agreed that I may edit for grammar, usage, punctuation, active vs. passive voive and typical blog readability criteria (mostly active voice, short sentences and paragraphs), so will sometimes break his more complex sentences into pieces and alwo break up longer paragraphs into shorter ones. I rarely have to do much, if anything, in the grammar, punctuation, usage area, and I always aim to keep his “voice”. I have been very pleased with the quality of his writing which has already improved after just three written posts – he had a good education!

So, thanks again so very much! And I hope you’ll come back frequently, and perhaps share it with friends and colleagues who may have an interest in health and fitness.

Hi, there! My sincere apologies for not getting back to you much, much sooner than this!

Setting up a blog can be somewhat challenging, particularly if you’re wanting to do a business blog. A general FYI would be that for business purposes, you need to use WordPress.org. It’s what most of the serious business bloggers use, although a Google search will show you several other options. If you just want a personal blog, you can use WordPress.com (not .org) or any of a number of other platforms.

I would recommend that you start by googling something like “setting up a personal blog” or “setting up a business blog.” Personal blog platform providers usually don’t want you to or won’t permit you to advertise. Once you start diving in to the information your searches return, you’ll develop what questions you need to ask.

Also, check to see if your local library district has any free on-line courses on the subject. Libraries have amazing amounts of information on line these days. You might also see what current books they have on the subject, and check to see if there is a For Dummies book on the subject.

Once you’ve done some initial research, you’ll have to decide if you want to try getting up and running yourself or want to buy a course. As I knew nothing when I started but knew what I wanted to do, I bought a program that includes a cool marketing/traffic generation segment, but the program is not open for purchase at this point. If it opens up again, I’ll let you know because I love it, although it may not be right for you. Also, if you run across something being offered for you to purchase, feel free to ask me to take a look to see if it’s legit. The world of internet marketing is like the wild, wild west, with no regulation to speak of and lots of cons. I’ve been researching this stuff for years and have developed a pretty good sense of what’s legit and what’s not.

I hope this will give you a direction with which to get started and look forward to hearing how you progress. And don’t hesitate to ask me anything else. I’ll not lie to you about what I know or don’t know.

Thanks again for visiting FitnessWithAttitude.com – deeply appreciated!
