He talks about his personal experience with this kind of workout, and I really enjoy that. I think you will also, as well as learning.
LEG WORK IS SERIOUS!
Hey, Chris Butler again. I just wanted to talk a little bit about Video #2 that’s on the blog site – leg day. Leg day – it’s either your favorite thing to do or what you hate doing the most.
Legs are always very important to work out. Your strength comes from your lower body and your core. Being a former athlete myself, I’ve had a lot of leg injuries throughout the years, so I have to really focus myself on my leg day.
I like to use resistance machines to start out with to get the blood flowing. Leg press, leg curls, leg extension. And then I work my way in with more free weights, squats, Smith machine lunges.
Leg day! I can’t emphasize enough, people, how important it is. We all need to put more time and effort into doing legs. It should be something that you do 2 or 3 times a week.
Your strength comes from your lower body. It helps burn more calories. And it helps with the core. Leg day is something that you should always do in your workout every week. It just depends on if you have time to do it.
